You will represent the AT&T brand and meet customers' wireless needs within a kiosk inside big-box retail stores. Our AT&T Retail Sales Associate ensures a genuine customer experience that delivers results by selling to our customers' needs and positively impacting store sales. Primary Responsibilities: * Answer questions and describe product features. * Create product awareness for various wireless products to generate a repeat customer base. * Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales. * Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs. * Meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build rapport with customers * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Apply today for consideration!
