Job Description

This position is perfect for an experienced title processor.  The ideal candidate will need to know Cash, mortgage purchase, and refinance transactions. You must know how to work with split title, wholesalers, and assignments.  In addition you need to understand A to B and B to C transactions with transactional funding.

This is a 1099 position with potential of earning $50 to $60k. Most of the training will occur during the day, however SOME evenings and/or weekends will be necessary.
