Job Summary

We are looking for a professional high-rise Maintenance Lead for a 17story condominium to join our team. You will be responsible for taking care of all the major mechanical components, infrastructure as well as managing maintenance personnel and planning repair projects.

You should have experience in condominiums with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You must be organized and committed to meeting preventive maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

Inspect property mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing equipment regularly to ensure it meets preventive maintenance standards

Arrange for routine maintenance for all equipment and common areas

Undertake repair and maintenance projects in common areas

Supervise a team of maintenance technicians

Update operational procedures and process manuals, as necessary

Communicate all problems and resolve them or make recommendations to upper management for resolution

Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Qualifications

Certificate of completion from a trade school preferred; or commensurate education and at least 3 years of experience accepted

Supervisory maintenance experience preferred

Ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of failures of mechanical equipment and suggest appropriate solutions

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with the site staff and internal partners, external vendors.

Must be fluent in English

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
