We are small, casual but professional and fast paced truck driver, staffing company, founded in 1984. Our reputation is built on honest, caring, straight-forward and an informed style of communication with drivers and customers.

Our work is comprised of compliance, customer service, recruiting, dispatch, digital marketing strategy and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a highly regulated industry; such as, accounting and will have an interest in moving into a customer focused position.

We will train the right person who has the following natural abilities:

• Act as self-starter with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to think quickly and independently to formulate strategy, excellent professional judgement, multitask, prioritize, and delegate work.
• Communicate effectively; both in writing and verbally; at all levels.
• Meticulous, well organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage up to 100 truck drivers.
• A team-player who can develop and lead internal projects and initiatives.
• Operate with the highest level of ethical conduct and integrity.

Tremendous growth potential in responsibility and compensation.

Starting compensation is $40,000 - $100,00 (depending on experience,) plus benefits.
