    Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

    We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This temporary role plays a crucial part in providing administrative and entry-level IT support, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a sunshine vibe to our workplace, embodying the face of our company with excellent customer service skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • POS and Admin Support:
    1. Inputting data into point-of-sale (POS) systems.
    2. Handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    3. Answering phones and addressing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
    • IT Support:
    1. Serving as the initial contact person for IT-related issues.
    2. Route tickets to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
    3. Creating tickets for reported issues and ensuring proper documentation.
    • User Provisioning:
    1. Creating new users through the established onboarding process.
    2. Assisting with the provisioning of PCs as needed.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in IT phone support (3-4 years preferred but flexible).
    • Basic understanding of IT processes and the ability to create tickets for reported issues.
    • Familiarity with user provisioning and basic PC provisioning tasks.

    Professionalism and Dress Code:

    • Dressing professionally for work, including collared shirts or nice polo shirts and dress slacks.
    • Nice shoes are required for both daily work attire and interview dress code.

    Customer Service and Team Collaboration:

    • Displaying excellent customer service skills to represent the company effectively.
    • Collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient issue resolution.

    Work Schedule:

    • Following a 9/80 work schedule, including working an extra hour daily, with every other Friday off.

    Career Progression:

    • While initially a temporary position, there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position based on performance and experience.
