    Hill Nissan in Winter Haven is in search for a vehicle exchange coordinator to assist our new department. The Vehicle Exchange Department is responsible for approaching customers in the Service Department with opportunities and information about their next purchase.

    This exciting opportunity will allow you to start and help grow the department!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet and assist customers who enter the service department
    • Update customer information in the system to make sure address is accurate
    • Ensure the customer feels welcome and comfortable when they arrive at the dealership
    • Drive sales goals in the service department by engaging customers about upgrading their car
    • Establish a close relationship with the sales force to provide a consistent upgrade process
    • Work with other departments to establish a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory
    • Attend sales meetings and training when necessary

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Self- driven and motivated individual
    • Professional appearance
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Positive attitude
    • Willingness to engage in product knowledge and training
    • Ability to work with little supervision
    • Computer skills a must
    • Bilingual is a plus
