    Hill & Ponton is a law firm that has been helping veterans with their disability benefits for over 30 years. We help veterans who the government has denied their disability benefits. When the government shuts its doors and tells its citizens to go away, we pry open those doors and get the benefits that they are entitled to. Our work is not easy. We deal with heartbreak.     As an Intake Coordinator, you will be speaking with prospective veteran clients to see if we can help them. To do this, you will have to be warm and friendly. You will also have to be persistent—following up with them to get their documentation to see if we can help them.

    At our office, we pay a competitive hourly rate. However, we expect our people to go the extra mile. So we also reward excellence with a transparent bonus system that is not capped.

    This position is remote and requires fast internet and a good work environment. Training will be provided. 

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 45 WPM typing speed or higher.
    • Experience in a call center or phone-based customer service.
    • Experience tracking activities in Salesforce or other CRM.
    • Active Listening Skills.
    • Ability to express empathy.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
    • Above-average Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
    • Ability to work in a team and put the team first.
    • Able to work in a dynamic environment where no day is the exact same.
    • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn!
    • Law firm intake experience is a plus.
