    SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday (Saturdays when needed)

    • Responds to member inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective fashion
    • Communicate, manage, and expedite requests
    • Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
    • Coordinates with Team Manager to establish strategies and goals that will best support your enrollments and company growth objectives
    • Offer support and solutions to members in accordance with the company's policies

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Competency using Microsoft Windows 
    • Demonstrates a high moral character and commitment to professional ethical     business standards
    • Must be coachable 
    • Management history is a plus

      EDUCATION:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    GOOD FIT FOR:
