Job Description

We are seeking to fill a Receptionist position in our company. Candidates must have a positive attitude, good people skills and be able to multi-task. This position assists and supports all other departments within our office and has room for growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering reception multi-line phone / screening calls.
• Greeting visitors in a professional manner.
• Mail handling / mail machine / collecting mail from PO Box.
• Making calls to field employees.
• Spanish / English Interpreting for field / office communication.
• Printing plans for Estimators & Project Managers.
• DMV coordination.
• Data entry.
• General office filing.
• Running bids for Estimators (training provided).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Reliability and good attendance.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Bilingual English / Spanish.
• Fast Learner.
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without continual direction.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Clean driver license record (bid running).

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Construction company receptionist experience.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Candidates will need to pass a pre-employment drug screening after job offer. Position offer is contingent on passing.
• Paid mileage for trips to post office and bid running if required ($0.58 per mile).
• Candidate must be willing to work in office environment with other employees observing social distancing and best practices.
