    Hillcrest Staffing is currently working to fill an Escrow Officer & Closing Agent position to join a Winter Park title company that offers excellent benefits and has an enjoyable culture. The role will take the lead and manage a closing team. It requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities and Skills -

    • Prepare and examine all documents required to execute an effective and flawless closing.
    • Examine and resolve any title issues and obtain necessary supporting documentation.
    • Examine the closing file for accuracy and conduct an efficient and informative closing with the client.
    • Ensure all documents to be recorded are executed according to the rules and regulations of the state of Florida.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities.
    • Light travel for closings may be needed.

     Requirements - 

    • Minimum of one year experience in real estate closings.
    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Florida Notary.
    • Experience with builder closings, O&E reports, construction loans, mortgage refinances, and traditional real estate closings.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with Qualia closing software preferred.
