HP Hotel Management is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to join our team at the Hilton Nashville Airport Hotel.

    The Hilton Nashville Airport Hotel is located six miles from downtown Nashville, TN and is easily one of the best hotels in the area. Not only are we just two miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA) but our location is minutes away from popular area restaurants, businesses, and local attractions like the famous Grand Ole Opry.     ESSENTIAL TASKS:

    Previous revenue management experience required.

    Previous Hilton Revenue Management experience preferred.

    Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily

    Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.

    Maintain regular attendance with the potential to work remotely.

    Work closely with Sales pertaining to group blocks, rooming lists, change of reservations, corporate travel, RFP’s, etc.

    Build and manage Group, Contract and Transient SRPs.

    Develop revenue management strategies and practices that ensure revenues are aligned with sales and E-commerce disciplines to maximize pricing, segmentation mix, and market share.

    Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform or business attire and nametag when working.

    Comply at all times with service standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

    Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.

    Prepare for and Conduct Week and monthly revenue meetings.

    Conduct weekly room pick up meetings.

    Prepare and administer daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue management reports including forecast.

    Update CRS and PMS with restriction changes on a daily basis.

    Maintain accurate and detailed property history.

    Review arrivals report and daily flash report to ensure accuracy.

    Be completely competent and certified in all PMS, CRS and all other brand revenue management system.

    Monitor the competitive set for occupancy and rate, and recommend changes based on findings and maintain rate integrity with market appropriate pricing.

    Comply with policies on billing, routing, master accounts, A/R accounts, PM accounts.

    Make weekly CRS test calls to ensure accuracy.

    Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, employees, and other departments.

    Assist in preparation of information for monthly revenue and occupancy forecasting.

    Attend weekly staff meeting.

    Be familiar with all corporate sponsored programs such as airline mileage or V.I.P. programs, and the standards and procedures for each.

    Attend pre-convention and post-convention meetings as needed, and provide the required information.

    Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system

    Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

    Must be detailed oriented, work well under pressure and in a fast pace environment.

    Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written.

    Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances and utilized frequently.

    Manage and monitor Third Party Internet products and Wholesalers/FITs

    Responsible for managing all e-commerce opportunities

    Establish relationships with online travel agency market managers

    Establish relationships with brand revenue management and other relevant support contacts.

    Possess strong motivational, organizational and verbal communication skills.

    Perform any other duties as requested by the General Manager or Director of Sales.
