  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for friendly, positive, service-oriented, highly energetic, and self-motivated In-Room Dining Servers to join our team. We currently have 2 AM openings and 2 PM openings. Hours of operation begin at 5:30 am for AM shifts and 4:30 pm for PM shifts creating multiple options for interested candidates. Schedule: • Day shift • Evening shift • Holidays • Weekend availability Responsibilities: • Set tables and trays according to the type of food ordered and the brand service standards • Perform opening and closing duties for in-room dining • Clean/remove trays from guest rooms and corridors • Serve guests their food & beverage in a prompt and courteous manner • Present accurate checks to guests and complete the payment process • Maintain knowledge of all food & beverage items and their specifications including price, ingredients, etc. • Communicate with each guest to ensure satisfaction with the food & beverage provided • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure adequate stock of supplies • Ensure adequate and clear communication with the Culinary team • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor on the property Qualifications: Skills: • Previous relevant experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Ability to gauge customers’ preferences • High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
