Responsibilities: • Prepare sales presentations and support materials for prospective customers, such as suitable event space, dining and catering services, hotel bookings, and access to relevant facilities • Perform an initial pitch to a list of business and referral prospects based on your research and networking • Increase revenues by upselling and providing additional amenities and upgrades to customers to ensure they are entirely satisfied • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests • Manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information from the sales team to stakeholders and hotel departments Qualifications: • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • Stays organized and manage time well • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Must have previous knowledge of Hotel system of ONQ
