The Middleton Hilton Garden Inn is searching for a part time Restaurant Server!

Join our family of exceptional hotels at North Central Group where you’ll enjoy rewarding work, opportunities to grow your career and stay with us, and a supportive environment that is fun!  Our friendly and attentive Restaurant Server helps provide exceptional guest service and customer care in our hotel restaurant and/or during event functions hosted by the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Greet every hotel guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude

Take dining room and room service orders and communicate them to the kitchen through the point-of-sale Micros system

Check in frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met

Prepare checks and post payments using the point-of-sale Micros computer system

Remove dishware from tables or counters and take them to the kitchen for washing

Deliver room service orders as needed

Check hotel hallways for used dishware and return discarded trays to the restaurant for washing

What are we looking for?

Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays from 4:00 PM until 10:30 PM

Strong customer service skills

 Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong attention to detail and organized

 Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

 Reliability and honesty
