The Brookfield Hilton Garden Inn and Conference Center is searching for a Business Systems Administrator

Our unique and friendly Business Systems Administrator will work with our team members to ensure proper use of all business systems.
Responsibilities:
Learn, utilize, and be able to train on all hotel systems, including, but not limited to:
ONQ Property PMS
Birchstreet/ Hilton Purchasing Platform
Concur/ Accounts Payable Platform
Point Of Sale Systems (Sky Wire/Positouch)
Applicant Tracking System (CareerPlug)
Understand and ensure brand (Hilton) training and culture
Ensure Time Clock training for all hotel and conference center team members
Utilize Human Resources systems to assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Train new team members on the above listed systems and be the point of reference for questions and additional training
Learn, understand and ensure consistency of brand Quality Assurance documentation and standards
What are we looking for?
3+ years of system administration experience; hotel operations systems experience is considered a plus
2+ years of training or organizational development experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting, effective problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
Strong leadership and a professional image
