    Your job as a Breakfast Attendant is an important role because you create a wonderful experience for our each guest when they first encounter the hotel each day and ensure the highest level of service. If you have a "Passion for Perfection" and a "Passion for Service", this job is for You! The Breakfast Attendant makes sure each guest has a great experience by meeting their every need. This position is responsible for the setup and serving of food and beverages to guests at breakfast, according to the hotel standards.

    As a Breakfast Attendant, you will:

    Greets guests, explains special of the day using concise and articulate language, and listens and responds to questions.

    Picks up trays (weighing up to 20 lbs.) and sets buffet, ensuring the accuracy of the setup and the compliance of the product with our standards.

    Returns to the table throughout the guest’s visit to ask if guests are satisfied, check for refills, suggestively sells additional items and clear (pre-bus) miscellaneous items from the table.

    Maintains cleanliness of all tables, assisting other servers as needed.

    Maintains cleanliness of workstations during working hours and perform weekly maintenance.

    Be a Goodwill Ambassador at all times by practicing regular guest interaction.

    Complies with all health and safety regulations.

    Perform other duties as requested by management.

    Fundamental Requirements

    Prior food service experience is required and the ability to complete applicable food handling certifications. To be successful, you will need basic English communication skills. This job requires standing and walking 100% of the time, regularly bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and the ability to perform repetitive motions for the entire shift. This job requires you to be able to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 30lbs.
