Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Valid license required Responsibilities: • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads Qualifications: • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Valid Drivers License required
