You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment Qualifications: • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
