Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning duties across guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.

Care for floors using appropriate methods such as sweeping, buffing, waxing, and polishing to ensure a spotless appearance.

Assist with replenishing supplies in guest rooms and public areas to support seamless service delivery.

Support housekeeping management by organizing linen storage, handling laundry tasks, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition.

Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly.

Support industrial cleaning tasks as needed in larger areas or specialized environments to ensure hygiene and safety compliance.

Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude that fosters teamwork.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is highly preferred; experience in industrial cleaning or hospitality settings is a plus.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and proper use of cleaning equipment.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
