Administrative Assistant - Front Desk Agent
The Hilton Houston Westchase is hiring for an Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Agent. The person hired will share jobs between admin support and front desk agent. Responsibilities: Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Support include but are not limited to: • Supports administrative duties in support of the GM • Manages various weekly reports • Attends weekly calls and distributes agendas and meeting minutes • Manages weekly schedules and reporting • Supports administrative duties for various departments Front Desk Agent The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting in the operation of the front desk and guest services. Must be able to multi-task, and prioritizes with excellent follow up skills and customer service. Responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include: • Greeting guests and checking in and out, fulfilling guest requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries, making reservations, and other duties as assigned • Assist with sales efforts in soliciting new business and in selling guestrooms, meeting space • Able to work through customer service related issues • Any other duties or responsibilities which might be required by a manager supporting, laundry, breakfast, and some public area cleaning Qualifications: • Prior hotel front agent and or admin experience. • Great personality. • Attention to details and highly organized.
