Job SummaryAs an Expo/Food Runner, you will expedite guest checks to the culinary staff in the kitchen, check ticket times, garnish and inspect product before presenting to guest. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Responsibilities

Visually checks food quality, presentation and sets up trays for transportation before they leave the kitchen.

Brings food in expo window out to guests.

Returns items to wait staff as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Communicates any challenges to the Chef and /or Restaurant Managers.

Performs general cleaning in order to stay in compliance with the Health Department.

Restocks outlets with appropriate inventory, such as plates, dishes, glasses and utensils as they are cleaned.

Removes trash from all containers in the F&B areas, taking it to the dumpster located on the loading dock.

Puts away food stock and dry goods in their proper location.
