    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY Hilty Buildings LLC is looking for a Sales Associate to be responsible for following up on leads who are looking for a pole barn and converting them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, construction experience, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must. We need an inspirational, disciplined, accountable, transparent, aligned, and results-oriented Sales Titan that is fueled by commissions, with construction experience highly preferred. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES * Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources. * Make 100 outbound calls daily minimum and convert leads to customers. * Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets. * Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image. * Communicate the company's value propositions to all business owners. * Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment KEY COMPETENCIES * Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations. * Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. * Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time. * Inspire the trust of others; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational values. * Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions. * Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence. * Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives; organize or schedule other people and their tasks. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * GED or high school diploma preferred * 1-2 years' work experience in training, organizational development or content development * Strong presentation skills * Construction experience required because of a need for a salesperson with this expertise. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer * This position will require travel - up to 5% Hilty Buildings LLC builds Amish Pole Barns designed to exceed expectations. We have over 80 years of combined experience and serve every county within 90 minutes of Fort Wayne, including Ohio and Michigan. This gives our Sales Team a wide range of customers to work with. Our Sales Reps give pole barn quotes with unlimited income potential. Those Sales Pros with the motivation to be 10x the status goals and highly motivated to be aligned with a culture that is driven to earn money will do extremely well here! This is a $100K Sales Position, as the majority of our team exceeds this each year.
