What You’ll Do

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.

Help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.

Check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.

Remind clients to take meds as ordered and document compliance.

Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.

Follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols, keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.

Requirements:

Can speak "English" and "Hindu and/or Spanish"

Driver's License and Social Security Card

Active CNA license for CNAs (state‑specific), PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Recent negative TB test result (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation and ability to lift/transfer clients

Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication

Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
