    THE ROLE We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow our leadership position in the market. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition using the latest digital tools and strategies.

    • San Francisco office after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage all aspects of our hint.com website and blog including infrastructure, design, content, reporting, and CRM integration, continuously improving upon SEO rankings and key website metrics
    • Collaborate with our Analytics and Sales teams to enable end-to-end visitor tracking, reporting and attribution, and lead hand-off
    • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to scope, define, and implement digital customer acquisition and retention best practices
    • Partner with Sales to develop nurture paths for prospects and leads
    • Implement rapid development, test, and iteration processes and tools to optimize the customer conversion funnel
    • Contribute to copy for Hint’s website, emails, ads, posts, and blog articles

    ABOUT YOU

    • At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or similar role
    • Demonstrated passion for optimizing funnels, journeys, subject lines, layouts, ad copy, etc.—all with the goal of increasing open rates, CTR, CVR and MQLs.
    • Proficiency with marketing automation software (required); Hubspot experience (preferred)
    • Experience implementing and maintaining the latest website tracking & analytics best practices
    • Attention to detail with a high standard for creative excellence (required); proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools (preferred)
    • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling
    • Treat colleagues with empathy, kindness, and respect and approach cross-functional projects with a collaborative mindset
