Are you an Instagram guru? Do you have experience creating great content? We are a growing internet marketing company looking for a passionate, innovative and organized Instagram Coordinator to drive our influencer and social media efforts. The ideal person has a marketing degree and/or experience managing successful Instagram accounts. You will be in charge of the ongoing management of multiple Instagram pages & content including strategy, content schedule, analysis, ideas, keeping up with the latest trends and scheduling appointments for our sales team with leads found on Instagram. You will have the ability to manage your projects, exert your creativity and put your ideas into action. You will develop & execute content strategies that are relevant, engaging and original. You will collaborate with team members in the production of media assets. Your Responsibilities: • Design and implement social media strategies that align with company goals • Engage with our followers and audience • Perform research on current trends and audience preferences • Implement a content calendar to manage your campaigns • Develop and expand influencer outreach efforts • Create original and engaging content based on your content calendar • Continuously research ongoing social media trends including useful apps, current events, hashtags, personalities, influencers and advocates • Reach out to potential sales leads via Instagram to set up appointments for our sales team Requirements: • Experience in growing social media accounts and followers • At least 1 year of experience in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field • Customer service experience • Excellent writing and language skills • Be a self-starter and reliable • Be detail-oriented • Computer/Smartphone skills • Experience with social media scheduling software (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Hopper, etc.) • Photo/video editing experience a plus (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) • Must be comfortable with viewing graphic medical content • Must work from our San Diego office If you are interested in Instagram Coordinator/Influencer/Lead Generation position, please email us the following: • Resume • Cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit • Links to any Instagram accounts you manage (your own is fine) • At least 1 writing sample • Your favorite Instagram page handle in the subject line of your email Candidates who do not follow directions or who do not include all materials will not be considered for hire.
