Job Description
A technology client is seeking a C++ DEVELOPER to design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements on different layers of the infrastructure. One of the key responsibilities you will be reviewing the existing applications to contribute to architecture and design and functionality.
This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English. We do not provide visa sponsorship at this moment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Research/analyse processing functions, methods, and procedures.
- Monitor production systems for expected performance.
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues and determine action items for prevention and determination.
- Suggest and implement improvements on existing products.
- Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in C++.
- Proficient in software development tools like IDEs, compilers, debuggers, emulators, source systems, and defect/ bug tracking systems.
- Front-end integration experience on the deployment of applications supported by UNIX and Shell scripting.
- Thorough knowledge of the quality library, STL containers, and algorithms.
- Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++ specific notions.
- Implementation of automated testing platforms.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
