Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative positions include: • Process credits and replacement orders, verify sales transaction reports. Manage webmail. EDI order processing
• Reviews deductions and short- payments for charge backs.
• Handle carriers for shipment tracking and claims
• Order / Data Entry
• Answering up to 90 calls per day, assisting with quotes, orders, ETA's repair status, etc.
• Trouble shooting power tools (cordless, battery operated and corded electric. Process customers orders / verify pricing, shipping location, taking credit card payments.
• Handle complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation Qualifications: • Must have experience in retail & credit customer service. EDI order processing, Processing credits and or replacement orders
• Must have experience in the tool industry / trouble shoot power tool issues
• Must have strong order entry experience and skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Able to multi task. Pay: $16.00 per hour
