Hire Dynamics is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Remote Call Center Representative jobs in Atlanta, GA (2nd and 3rd shifts with weekend work) This is a contract to hire opportunity. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing amazing customer experiences on intake calls for various clients. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Responsibilities for this Remote Call Center Representative job include: • 2nd shift & 3rd shift – various schedules on 2nd & 3rd shifts available - must be flexible to work weekend! • High volume of inbound calls • Ability to handle deescalation calls • Data entry and customer service Qualifications: • Must be able to work from established procedures, scripts, and job aids and handle multiple computer applications while helping customers on the phone and/or online • Prior call center experience • Typing and computer skills - must be able to type minimum 35 wpm. Great opportunity to be hired on permanent with pay increase.
