IT Specialist – Your Job Duties

You will be the in-house IT department, working directly with the team to support internal IT needs, from hardware to software to architecting IT roadmaps to working with third-party IT vendors.

• Perform all IT tasks related to new employee onboarding – PC set up and provisioning, IT onboarding
• IT offboarding including terminating accesses, monitoring security and licenses
• Provide desktop, laptop, and network support via phone and remote screen share for the virtual team
• Manage support requests from the team, escalating to third-party IT firm when needed
• Manage company hardware inventory, managing any warranty issues and purchase of new equipment
• Troubleshoot and address company’s web and portal applications (SharePoint)
• Create, test and automate solutions within SharePoint
• Ensure availability of IT related supplies/purchasing, materials and equipment to provide best class system support
• Maintain IT protocols, manuals, SOPs and other IT related documentation
• Architect SharePoint solutions that meet program needs, including maintenance and testing
  

IT Specialist – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit

• Prior experience supporting Windows, desktop/laptop/mobile hardware and software applications, license and user management, help desk tracking ticket application, corporate anti-virus solution, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Dropbox, Adobe products, and corporate patch management solutions
• Ability to successfully troubleshoot Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills – you are responsive, available, and helpful
• Prior experience in SharePoint
• Desire for growth into a bigger role
  

IT Specialist – You Might Have (Desired, Not Required)

• A Bachelor's or MBA degree in Computer Science
• Prior experience with MS Dynamics
