We are growing again and looking for our next Advanced Service Technician to join our work family.

Advanced Service Technician – Your Job Duties:

As an Advanced Service Technician, you will be working in the field to perform tractor repairs on-site including:

• Using computer to diagnose tractor repair issues
• Performing tractor repairs
• Visiting up to 5 customers a day
• Logging work notes into the computer at the end of each work day
  

You will travel in a radius around 60 miles from your home (no overnight!).

A successful Advanced Service Technician is a technician that completes service tickets without reworks and consistently inputs field notes into the computer timely after each job.

Advanced Service Technician – Required Skills & Prior Experience

• Prior experience working in a field technician role on tractors and tractor equipment (knowledge of John Deere tractors a huge plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (you will be provided a company truck)
• Ability to use computer (basic functions) to input job notes
  

Compensation DOE.

This position includes full medical, dental and vision insurance with a variety of coverage options, company-provided cell phone and laptop, company provided truck and fuel card, 3 weeks PTO to start, employer-funded 401k and additional roth option.

This position requires successful completion of driving record check (MVR), background investigation and drug test prior to start date.
