    This is your opportunity to lead a passionate and talented team that needs YOU! We are looking to add a Production Manager to our growing team.

    Production Manager - Specific Duties Include:

    You will oversee many jobs per month by directly supervising each project and team. You will resolve challenges, provide well thought-out solutions, and strategically coach the department from planning stages through completion.

    • Direct oversight of Project Managers, and indirect supervision of their subordinates including Superintendents, Foremen, and field crew - including communicating expectations, budget goals, schedules, construction methods, policies and standards
    • Hire, train, and mentor employees for project management and field crews
    • Hold Project Managers accountable for milestone-based delivery on all projects – specifically ensuring projects are on time and on budget
    • Oversee Project Managers to ensure day-to-day operations of all jobs in process, supervise job scheduling, and support proactive workforce planning for each job
    • Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for the production department, and ensure that processes are being consistently followed
    • Review the job start up plan with the Project Manager and its implementation (seek assistance from leadership team)
    • Together with the Project Manager, review final plans and specifications to ensure that there are no problems in filing and obtaining permits
    • Coordinate all necessary inspections during the project
    • Frequently inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to project plans, specifications, and contract
    • Quality control oversight
    • Approve all requests for payments to subcontractors and vendors after initial approval by the Project Manager
    • Assist Project Managers in preparation of monthly project analysis, cash flow, and schedule reports. Manage cost versus budget
    • Collaborate with safety department to plan and manage the safety program and ensure all safety needs are met

    Production Manager - Required Experience:

    • Prior experience in project management, construction management or related
    • Specific knowledge of construction code
    • The ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, and estimating and accounting software
    • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role
    • Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR

    Production Manager - Desired, Not Required:

    • Prior experience performing quality assurance inspection of construction projects, specifically compliance with plans and specifications
    • Job scheduling, job costing, profitability
    • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
