    Proposal Coordinator – What You’ll Do

    • Review RFPs (Request for Proposal) to determine if scope aligns with the services offered by the company, discussing with the team and determining a proposal should be assembled
    • Professionally and accurately respond to proposals including assembling large and complex proposal packages (including compilation of team member resumes and references, ensuring that resumes and references are up to date and working directly with team members to obtain updates when necessary, preparing summary of work experience, and work scope)
    • Inside Sales Support- Assist CRM (Client Relationship Manager) with identifying and following up on inbound leads
    • Answer tier 1 questions and inquiries, from internal team members as well as external parties and potential customers, regarding proposal packages
    • Follow up on outstanding proposals using the CRM system to track deadlines and document updates
    • Assist CAM (Change Agent Manager) with identifying talent that will be the best fit for the newly acquired work, working together to identify the best team members leveraging our current network, and potentially in sourcing additional talent
    • Utilize MS Office (MS Word) to type the proposal and Adobe Creative Suite to assemble and finalize the proposal / bid packages

    Proposal Coordinator – Who You Are

    • Experience in proposal writing, journalism, sales support, or administrative role requiring attention to detail and strong written communication skills
    • Strong word processing/document management skills including typing skills (accuracy, speed)
    • Experience with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar sales CRM system highly preferred – you will be working in the CRM system daily to log proposals, document and track the status of outstanding proposals
    • Desire for growth. You seek professional development and mentorship and working with a team

    Compensation DOE, hourly non-exempt and eligible for overtime.
