    Human Resources (HR) Manager / Firm Administrator - Your Job Duties:

    In this role, you will administer all human resource (HR) functions for the Firm including:

    • Responsible for the management of all human resource functions including HR compliance, researching new HR matters and communicating impact to the leadership team, HR recommendations, benefits, new hire onboarding, employee relations, culture and recruitment (and more!)
    • Process bi-monthly payroll along with reviewing quarterly and annual tax payments/reporting.
    • Serve as a resolution point-of-contact for all employee related matters.
    • Maintain HRIS system for human resource related items, maintaining updated licensure of employees, evaluations, and employment related forms.
    • Management / oversight of the administrative support team of five to six team members.
    • Administer or oversee the administration various programs including benefits, 401k, performance management, and more.
    • Facility oversight for various administrative tasks (ie: office supplies, petty cash, and building contracts).

    Human Resources (HR) Manager / Firm Administrator - Required Skills, Experience & Work Style

    You have:

    • Previous experience and a well-rounded knowledge of human resource (HR) including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, payroll, worker’s compensation, and human resource compliance.
    • Comfort with analytics and “talking the numbers” with the management team (you can navigate your way around a spreadsheet and work well with accountants).
    • You are assertive and confident, earning the confidence of the leadership team and working with various personalities.
    • A passion for helping others achieve their goals, managing a team of up to 6 team members.

    Human Resources (HR) Manager / Firm Administrator - Desired, Not Required

    • Human Resources certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP or related).
    • Prior experience working in a billable environment (i.e.,: professional services or consulting firm, CPA firm, law firm, architecture firm).
    • Prior experience working with Predictive Index software, Bamboo HR or related HRIS system.

    This role is based out of our Natomas, Sacramento area office with 1 day per week remote work.
