Hire Priority Staffing is currently seeking a qualified and hardworking EPA Apartment Maintenance Technician for a recognized property in Austin!Responsibilities for an EPA Apartment Maintenance: -Repair and maintain all apartment unit appliances, and HVAC units.-Run work orders.-Have knowledge in basic plumbing, basic electric, painting, drywall, landscape, etc. Requirements:-EPA Certification/ Universal license required. -Minimum on-site apartment industry experience of 1 year.-Complete an application and interview process.- Must work on-call every other week/weekend.Please be available to interview immediatelyCompensation: Hourly up to $16 great benefits!
