    Job Description

    Executive Administrative Assistant $23-31 Minneapolis area. Employee-owned manufacturing company. 8am-4:30pm

      Manages the flow of information including high levels of very sensitive and highly confidential materials while maintaining a high degree level of discretion to the Boards of Directors, committees, councils, management, vendors, and other organizations.  Organizes and coordinates arrangements for special events, meetings, projects, etc., including but not limited to: contacting participants, preparing agenda, creating PowerPoints, reserving meeting rooms/accommodations, menu planning, room set up, equipment, etc. all to ensure meetings are well planned and run smooth.   Creates correspondence, reports, and other materials and assists with projects and other requests. Schedule and organize complex travel arrangements – both domestic and international, securing hotels, transportation, hotels, and all other associated activities required for smooth travel. Reviews travel services including policies and assists in issue resolution as needed/required.  Develops professional cross-functional relationships to facilitate open communication.

    · Responsible for knowing and following all environmental, health, and safety rules, policies, and procedures for work area and takes responsibility to assure that personal work activity is conducted in such a way so as to not affect the safety of themselves or other

    • Required:
      • Associates degree or combination of education and experience.
      • 2-4 years of related executive level administrative support experience.
      • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
      • Willing and able to learn new technology and software as they are introduced.
      • Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately (verbal and written) and in a professional manner to all levels internally and externally.
      • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
      • Effective analytical skills.
