About the Opportunity:

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Sales Rep in our company. As a Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in increasing our company's sales pipeline. We believe in nurturing a growth-oriented environment, where the right attitude and a willingness to learn about various home improvement products and sales techniques are highly valued.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

In this role, you will receive training on our products and sales fundamentals to achieve maximum results. We are looking for someone motivated, honest, and caring towards our clients and their homes. It is preferred that the candidate has basic knowledge of home improvement areas such as bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, deck remodel, home addition, plumbing, electrical, paint, etc., but confidence, positive attitude and willing to learn are the most important.

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Initiate contact via phone, email, and events; conduct in-depth consultations for tailored solutions.
• Deliver a persuasive sales process showcasing product benefits and features.
• Stay updated on trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies.

Desired Skills, Traits, and Experiences Include but are not limited to:

• High School diploma, some college in business, communication, or construction preferred
• B2C sales experience and/or commission-based sales experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across phone, virtual, and in-person
• Experience as a successful Sales Representative, ideally in the home remodeling or construction industry preferred
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools

Earning Potential

• This position is a 1099 Contractor role with a commission-only structure
• The average sale is $5k in commission, and we would expect you to easily close a minimum of 1-3 sales per month, bringing you to a minimum of $60k–$80k/year, plus the ability to receive an uncapped commission and earning potential
• The ability to work independently from home, great training, and a great company culture
• As a Sales Rep, your earning potential is substantial, with the opportunity to earn between $0 to $300,000 in the first year.

Work Schedule:

This position requires the ability to work 5 to 6 days a week.
