HighMark is the leading firm in quick-service restaurant technology and communications in Denver and the Rocky Mountain Region. They are looking to hire an ambitious Logistics Specialist to help them keep growing and winning customers for life. The ideal candidate would be a hard-working, organized, and motivated individual who loves the feeling of overcoming obstacles to make shipping deadlines.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Establishing and maintaining maximum and minimum inventory levels for the company and at multiple warehouses
• Coordinating with the in-house sales team to promote the accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
• Coordinate repairs of customer equipment with 3rd party service providers
• Enter orders into software and track shipments
• Follow up with customers for pickup and return company equipment
• Administer and maintain inventory control program systems
• Support with the maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans, and similar data
• Manage and monitor the performance of the entire fleet, inventory, and equipment

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• A desire to grow a career within logistics
• Working knowledge of PC computer systems and inventory management software
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. minimum
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay & Benefits:

• This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4 pm
• $18-$19 per hour, depending on experience.
• Medical benefits and 401k after 90 days.
