What You’ll Do:
\- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand TLBC's client base in the Florida market.
\- Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships within the industry to enhance brand presence and reach.
\- Tailor sales strategies and experiences to meet the unique needs and preferences of our discerning clientele.
\- Stay abreast of market trends and develop targeted marketing initiatives to engage TLBC's ideal customer base.
\- Represent TLBC at various events, networking functions, and industry gatherings to showcase our offerings and establish a prominent presence in the luxury market.
\- Build and strengthen client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales growth.
\- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
\- Capture client data and explore new business opportunities to drive revenue.
\- Enhance client experiences through effective management of administrative tasks and showroom presentation.
\- Embody the TLBC brand as a passionate ambassador during all sales interactions.

\- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or related client-focused roles.
\- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business development.
\- A strong affinity for premium sales, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.
\- Ability to strike a balance between closing sales and cultivating lasting customer relationships.
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\- Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits:
