We are looking for a new team member to join our team as one of our Transportation Dispatch & Logistics Coordinators. This role is a fast-paced position overseeing transportation dispatch services. You are juggling numerous moving parts of the equation at any given time and must be able to problem solve quickly, be great with details, and have excellent communication skills. The ideal person for this role would see problems that may arise as “opportunities” not as “frustrations,” and are excited to meet the challenge!
Additionally, the right person for this role would be tech savvy, adaptable in high stress situations, and has excellent follow through skills. We strongly prefer someone with industry experience, but are willing to train the right person who has natural problem-solving skills, is a quick learner, and has a “go-getter” personality.

Full-time, Monday – Friday, usual hours are 6:30am – 4:00pm, with one on-call week every 7 weeks.
Starting Salary range is $43,000 - $50,000, depending on your experience. There is a $3,000 raise opportunity at 90 days, with further options for regular raises after that. Additionally, there are significant monthly bonus opportunities after 90 days, and possible quarterly & annual bonus opportunities, as well. We offer Health Benefits & Paid Time Off.
