    SJO Electric, LLC is a full-service Electrical Contractor offering complete electrical contracting services for commercial and residential customers serving the Denver Metro area and Colorado’s Front Range.

    We are looking for a new Scheduler to join our dynamic team of professionals. We take pride in providing outstanding service to our valued customers.     In this versatile role, you will work with our Office Manager to schedule and dispatch our team of electricians to both commercial and residential job sites. Additionally, will be working closely with our customers, to answer their questions, schedule services, troubleshoot problems that arise, and other general customer support. The ideal candidate for this position would be professional, adaptable, easily able to problem solve, and very customer focused.

    Duties Include, but are not limited to: 

    • Answering Phones
    • Dispatch duties, such as route management, scheduling work crews, etc.
    • Customer Service
    • Problem Solving, such as dealing with delays, short staffed crews, route issues, customer cancelations, etc.,
    • Data Entry, record keeping, and general admin duties
    • Other general office support to the Office Manager and Owner as needed

    Desired Experience Includes, but not limited to:

    • 2- 3 years of Customer Service Experience, required
    • Dispatch or Scheduling experience would be great, but not required if other strong project management or similar experience is applicable.
    • Admin or other general office support experience is ideal, but not required
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

    Hours & Compensation:

    7am – 4pm with hour lunch or 7:30 - 4:30pm with hour lunch or 8am - 4:30pm with half hour lunch,

    Full-time, Monday - Friday

    Pay is $18-$26/Hr, Depending on Experience,

    Includes some benefits - Vision & Dental Insurance, Long Term & Short Term Disability Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
