Accounting Manager for The Luxury Bed Collection

Responsibilities:
\- Manage Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet financials, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
\- Collaborate with managers to ensure accurate financial reporting across the organization
\- Establish and maintain a month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial activities
\- Work with leadership to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for effective business management and decision-making
\- Analyze SKU and product line profitability, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
\- Investigate discrepancies in material, labor, and overhead costs
\- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory reports
\- Optimize inventory management processes
\- Handle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and vendor management, ensuring timely and accurate payments
\- Assist with system maintenance and implementation to enhance financial processes
\- Oversee administrative functions, including insurance renewals, 401k and profit-sharing plans, business licenses, and employee regulations
\- Maintain a centralized document database for leases and vendor contracts
Requirements:
\- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\- Understanding of financial principles and their impact on company growth
\- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy
\- Strong organizational and time management skills
\- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
\- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
\- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software is a plus
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
