    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing TLBC's brand presence and driving our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Print Marketing: Oversee the creative process, including copy, design, and layout of ads. Manage QR codes, landing pages, and ensure brand consistency.

    • Rain Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns, from opportunity identification to content creation, tracking, and analytics.

    • Digital Marketing: Manage Google AdWords, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and objectives.

    • Website Management: Regularly update product pages, promotions, and images. Oversee IT-related aspects to ensure a seamless user experience.

    • Social Media: Generate engaging content, manage scheduling, and perform photography editing. Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

    • Video Production: Coordinate with vendors for content creation and digital distribution.

    • Partnership Management: Liaise with external contractors and partners, including PR firms, SEO experts, content writers, and influencers.

    • Analytics: Utilize tools like G4 Analytics and Call Rail to monitor consumer behavior and traffic. Track and manage marketing budgets and KPIs.

    • Event Planning and Sponsorships: Organize company sponsorships and events, ensuring they align with our brand values and marketing goals.

    • Donation Management: Handle our donation programs' research, communication, and submission process.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in both digital and print media.

    • Proven track record of managing social media platforms, website content, and digital campaigns.

    • Experience in event planning, media negotiations, and working with vendors.

    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking KPIs and marketing goals.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • A passion for sustainability and a commitment to service excellence.
