     About the Opportunity

    At No Limit Logistics, we pride ourselves on our ability to deploy creative solutions to solve our clients’ logistical challenges. As a freight broker, we have an extensive transportation network of dry vans, refrigerated trucks and flatbeds throughout North America which allows us to provide “logistics without limits”.

     We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an extraordinary communicator who loves to look for solutions and overcome challenges. You will have tremendous operational and back-office support, allowing you to do what you do best – engage and convert prospective customers into clients.

     Job Responsibilities:

    • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls and/or face to face visits to potential clients each week.
    • Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions and support.
    • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or websites like LinkedIn to identify and engage with key players.
    • Ensure full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor.
    • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up as appropriate
    • Work with the sales and operations team when qualifying customers for further development.
    • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
    • Maintain Hubspot database of prospective customer information.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken in the customers or carriers profile in the TMS and Hubspot.

     

     Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in the logistics industry
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people daily.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
    • Persuasive and goal oriented.
    • Highly motivated, competitive, personable and outgoing
    • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
    • Active listening and willingness to learn and be open minded
    • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential customer.
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
    • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems (Hubsport, Salesforce)
    • Ability to accept meaningful constructive criticism for personal growth to help the company reach goals
    • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
    • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
    • Eager to expand the company with new customers and business.

     Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base salary of $55k per year + uncapped commissions for on target earnings of $125k-$150K+ per year
