    About the Opportunity

    We are seeking a detail-oriented hospitality procurement professional to join our growing team. This position is instrumental in maintaining critical supply chain initiatives for the successful execution of client hotel renovations.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Manage FF&E and OS&E purchasing and logistics for each assigned hotel renovation project
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and client teams to address any questions or concerns
    • Proactively communicate with property owners, clients, vendors and design teams to ensure that project schedules, budgets and all deliverables remain on track
    • Create preliminary project budgets and obtain necessary approvals
    • Translate design and procurement direction to project team in conjunction with team leadership, brand-specific standards and brand guidelines
    • Supervise project planning, organization and support personnel in conjunction with team leadership
    • Prepare and process various forms and reports including purchase orders, change orders, freight proposals and financial reports
    • Perform quality control reviews on one’s own work and as well as team members’ work
    • Work collaboratively with all team members and client partners to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Hospitality or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years’ hospitality procurement project management experience
    • In depth knowledge of hospitality FF&E and OS&E
    • Superior communication skills and demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly and confidently
    • Strong attention to detail with a numbers-oriented mindset
    • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including the ability to create and maintain analytical reports in Excel
    • Experience working in SPEXX/EXXPEDITE is a definite plus
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-pace and dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities

    Compensation and Benefits

    This position offers a competitive salary of $70k – $80k per year depending on experience. The position offers a full benefit package including:
