    Asbestos Abatement is one of the largest asbestos companies in Colorado. We have seen strong, steady growth since we started in 2008, completing more than 7,500 asbestos projects for homeowners, commercial and multi-family communities. The Business Development & Outside Sales Rep. is a crucial part of our growing organization. This position is in charge of networking and communicating with existing and future clients.

    The Business Development & Outside Sales Rep. will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and engaging in community outreach and will present and create relationships with new companies and our referral partners as we continue to grow our business. It will be important to understand the need to network, market, and follow up with our strategic alliances to keep us at the forefront of new projects.

    The ideal candidate will have high levels of collaboration and teamwork with the key managers at Asbestos Abatement. This position requires self-motivation and offers an incredible level of independence, backed by winning customer service and industry-leading best practices.

    RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

    • Grow our presence in the market
    • Continue current client relationships and build new relationships
    • Ensure quality customer service through regular client interactions throughout the sales process towards achieving preferred vendor status
    • Maintain relationships with clients and long-term business contacts through scheduled weekly or monthly engagements
    • Manage a pipeline of clients
    • Conduct sales presentations to key decision-makers
    • Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through our CRM and market research
    • Create and pursue marketing activities and networking
    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities, and attend all company-wide meetings and scheduled events
    • Contract negotiation

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven Sales and Marketing Track record
    • 3+ years B2B sales or business development experience required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must have experience with closing contracts
