Ultra Design Center is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven showroom coordinator to join our team. This position is great for an individual that enjoys variety in their responsibilities. An ideal candidate will have a professional, welcoming demeanor and be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience. In addition, a successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a highly visible and impactful role that meaningfully impacts the customer experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a concierge to provide a warm welcome to clients visiting our showroom.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries and assist sales in solving
• customer service questions that might occur.
• Qualify customers to determine the best sales representative to assist them.
• Assist in managing and maintaining showroom displays, tags and merchandising
• Assist with planning and executing showroom events
• Maintain social media platforms by posting for Ultra, and following other pertinent organizations and individuals.
• Build the CRM database with customer contacts, and assist with newsletters and emails

Qualifications

• Bring integrity, a strong work ethic, and honesty into all aspects of your role.
• Social Media platform knowledge
• Showroom display coordination and merchandising experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to learn new software.
• Outstanding written and verbal skills
• Capacity to plan, organize and prioritize responsibilities
