    Job Summary

    As a Accounts Receivable Coordinator you will be handling processing invoices and maintain work documentation and procedures to ensure compliance.

    Job Description

    • Process
    • Print out daily batches of Invoices.
    • Apply customer payments to invoices.
    • Enter credit cards into Oracle and run the credit card program.
    • Process Contractor Billing Invoices.
    • Transaction clean up.
    • Process transaction application requests.
    • Various other job functions as requested.

    Skills Required

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of a broad range of microorganisms.
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Analytical mind
    • Team player
    • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Education/Training/Certifications

    • Highschool diploma or GED

    Additional Requirements

    • Oracle experience preferred
