POSITION: Customer Service Representative - COVID 19 Testing Site
LOCATION: New York, NY - 10013
DURATION: 3 Months + Possible Extension
SHIFT TIME: 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend shift
DUTIES: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reporting to the Testing Site Operational Lead, the Testing Site Navigation Associate makes sure sites are well-prepared to deliver a quality and safe patient experience. Navigation Associates administer documents, answer questions, and make sure to disseminate information appropriately. • Problem-solve in a timely manner and escalate issues to other team members as appropriate • Communicate with patients in a welcoming and empathetic manner • Support site-level efforts to maintain a positive patient experience for New Yorkers getting tested for COVID-19. SKILLS: QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES: Candidate must be reliable for independent work, be able to support change as part of a collaborative team; PREFERRED SKILLS: • Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with a variety of individuals, groups, and organizations; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, transparency and accountability in all work • Keen attention to detail, flexibility and an enthusiastic work ethic. • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1 or more years of operations experience preferred • Must be Computer Proficient EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s degree preferred REQUIRED: EXCELLENT WRITTEN EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS OPERATIONS
