POSITION: Call Center Agent/Operator

LOCATION: 234 E 149th Street, Bronx, NY - 10451

DURATION: 4 Months + Possible Extension

SHIFT TIME: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

DUTIES:            Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients. Book and reschedule clinic appointments. Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments. Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements. Other assignment as necessary. Extensive phone experience and computer literate. SKILLS:  1 year experience and Bilingual (facility specific). EDUCATION:      High School Diploma /GED. REQUIRED: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER INQUIRIES SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS
