    Job Title: Outside Sales Representative/Business Development Specialist

    Location: Orlando, FL

    Are you motivated by both financial success and the opportunity to help individuals find meaningful employment? We are currently seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Orlando. In this role, you will be responsible for selling staffing services to the construction, warehouse, and light industrial industries. Previous outside sales experience is not required, as we are willing to train the right individual.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
    • Maintain and further develop accounts with existing clients.
    • Compile lists of prospective customers based on various sources.
    • Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers.
    • Solicit orders and ensure excellent customer service in the metro area, as directed by management.
    • Quote prices, establish credit terms, and prepare sales contracts/customer applications.
    • Complete job site survey reports for new and existing customer sites.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports, demonstrating sales volume and potential opportunities.
    • Meet established customer-call quota on a weekly basis.
    • Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and submit reports to management weekly.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous business-to-business sales experience is preferred but not required.
    • Must have reliable transportation for effective customer outreach.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
    • Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • $40,000 - $60,000 base + commission
